PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (”BRM”) is wholly owned by PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (”BUMI”), incorporated in Indonesia and holds various mineral operating, development and exploration properties in Indonesia and in West Africa. BRM has a diverse portfolio of minerals and holds security of tenure for its exploration and development properties. These properties give exploration and mining rights to various minerals including copper, gold, lead, zinc, iron ore, phosphate and diamonds. Given the strong commodity demand in the medium to long term, BRM provides unique opportunities to be part of a diverse mineral company i.e.:
1. Project Manager Exploration
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Geological Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• More than15 year(s) of working experience in mineral exploration.
• Competence in operating mining/exploration software and database system.
• Excellent English level in verbal and written.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.

2. Geologist
• Maximum of age 35 years old.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in mineral exploration for senior Geologist; 5 years for midlevel Geologist.
• Bachelor Degree in Geology from reputable University.
• Posses POP/POM certificate.
• Able to use computer, internet, and Mining Software (Micromine, MapInfo, AutoCad).
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Able to make work plan and budgeting.
• Have mapping, sampling, and core logging skills.
• Able to make a recommendation of prospective area.
• Able to analyze and make the interpretation of field data.
• Willing to be placed in remote area.

3. Manager - Risk Management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Trading strategies and positions:
• Identify and communicate risks associated with traders.

2. Potential risk:
• Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations.
• Develop and implement risk-assessment models and methodologies.
• Plan, and contribute to development of, risk management systems.
• Oversee and in some areas implement, the plan of risk control actions (e.g. purchase of insurance or other risk financing options, health and safety measures, liaison with regulators, business continuity plans.

3. Key risks and mitigating:
• Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, such as asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.
• Monitor, evaluate and challenge the organization s success in managing its risks.

4. Statistical analysis:
• Conduct statistical analyses to quantify risk, using statistical analysis software and econometric models.
• Devise systems and processes to monitor validity of risk modeling outputs.

5. People management:
• Perform mentoring and coaching to Section members on periodical basis.
• Manage, evaluate and appraise performance of Section members.

6. Budget Management:• Plan and adhere to Section budget.
7. HSE Management:
• Conform to and promote BRM HSE programs and practices

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Significant experience with minimum 15 years in a Senior Risk Management role in a complex organisation with active experience of development and implemention risk-assessment models and methodologies, planning and assessing the risks affecting the business.
2. Minimum S1 degree in Economy, Management, Engineering, Technology, Science and Mathematic or other related fields
3. Profound knowledge in Risk Management
4. Excellent planning, organising, interpersonal relation, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
5. Excellent English communication skills (advanced level) and sound computing knowledge

4. Manager - O.D. & Recruitment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Champion and coordinate change programmes:
• Monitor progress against the vision for future service delivery and to take action to ensure alignment as appropriate.
• Plan, develop and implement management development program.
• Provide support to achieve corporate change programmes, including the development of corporate workforce strategies.

2. Transformation projects and coordinate:
• Managing risks and opportunities associated with transformational change and business process re-engineering, taking all steps to mitigate/exploit.

3. Organisational and job design:
• Advising staff structure, culture and jobs facilitate change, recruitment and retention and the delivery and development of services.
• Provide HR capability framework that assists in building organisational development capability within the HR function.

4. Development of policies:
• Setting the annual staffing and recruitment plan.
• Aids Development of data base for recruitment purposes.
• Provide training to personnel specialists in the other Divisions of the company.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions.
• Conduct job analysis to determine the nature of skills required to fill a position.
• Manage internship, scholarship, traineeship/apprenticeship programs.

5. People Management:
• Perform mentoring and coaching to Section members on periodical basis.
• Manage, evaluate and appraise performance of Section members.

7. Budget Management:
• Plan and adhere to Section budget.

8. HSE Management:
• Conform to and promote BRM HSE programs and practices

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Significant experience with minimum 15 years in a Senior Human Resources Management role in a complex organisation with active experience of organisational development, workforce development and planning and recruitment.
2. Minimum S1 degree in HR Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields.
3. Profound knowledge of up-to-date HR Development issues.
4. Designing and implementation of various HR policies.
5. Excellent planning, organising, interpersonal relation, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Excellent English communication skills (advanced level) and sound computing knowledge.

5. Mining Engineer
• Bachelor in Mining Engineering with additional geotechnical knowledge.
• Has a minimum 1 year working experience in geotechnical related issue. Has the ability to design geotechnical plan & assessment.
• Good knowledge in rock core assessment, rock mass mapping, laboratory test for determining physical & mechanical properties.
• Good knowledge, understand and able to use computer programs such as; Ms. Office, Surpac & Micromine.
• Good analytical & problem solving skill using relevant geotechnical software (Rockscience / Geoslope / Geotechnical Numerical Model).
• Able to make a Geotechnical report.

6. Hydrogeologist
• Tertiary qualification in Hydrogeology or Geology.
• It is essential that candidates have experience in using hydrological modeling packages, specifically for Groundwater.
• Computer Hydrogeology/ geotechnical skills will be preferred.
• Proven experience in the plan, monitor, supervise Geotech/Hydrology of drilling activities, equipment monitoring such as dewatering, horizontal drilling, VWP, TDR, Inclinometer, open hole, etc.
• Knowledge and Experience of groundwater/ surface water modelling software.
• Experience in Hydrology Mapping and Analysis.
• Experience on Environmental/geotechnical aspects related with hydrology issues.
• Ability to make a mine hydrology report and Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience within hydrogeology aspect of active operating mines and Experience in a metalliferous mining operation environmental will be preferred.

7. Computer Drafter
• Graduated from Secondary Technical School (STM/SMK).
• Minimum 1 year experience at the same position.
• Required skills: CAD, Drafting.
• Preferred skills: ArchiCAD, Mac, OSX.
• Good English, both oral and written.

8. Database GIS External
• Has a minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology from reputable University.
• Minimum 2 years experience at the same position.
• Has deep understanding in using Oracle EBS (patching), Oracle Database (Tunning, Backup-Restore, monitoring), Oracle PL/SQL, GIS/MapInfo.
• Good knowledge about MsSQL (MCTS or MCITP for SQL Server, or even MCM) would be an advantage.
• Able to identify the needs of user.
• Good knowledge of using workstation, and relational database.
• Willing to travel to remote area.

9. HSE Engineer
• Maximum of age 35 years old.
• Minimum 2 years experiences.
• Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Mining or Environmental Engineering from reputable University.
• Posses POP/POM/POU certificate.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007/ ISO 14000
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige.
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).
• Has a very good spirit in HSE.

10. Accountant
• Bachelor degree qualifications in Economy / Accounting.
• Solid experience and proven skills in finance, accounting, ideally with a multinational corporation and/or the mining industry. As a guide four (4) years plus experiences covering cost analysis, budget, and general ledger.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English.
• Computer skills, especially MIMS, Microsoft suite of software.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Planning and organizational ability.
• Advance Taxation knowledge.
