1. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)
Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years old.
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head.
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
• Minimum POM certificate.
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power).
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan.
2. Production Supervisor (Code : PS) / Mining Operation
Requirements:
• Male, age maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology.
• Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry.
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure.
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in remote area.
3. Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Section Head (Code : PitGeotech)
Requirements:
• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
• “Pratama or Madya” Certification - Mine and Energy - preferred.
• Min. 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
• Self motivated and self starter.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
• Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage.
4. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech Modeling)
Requirements:
• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
• “Pratama” Certification - Mine and Energy - preferred.
• Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software.
• Self motivated and self starter.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.

5. Foreman Geotechnical (Code : FGeotech)
Requirements:
• Min. SMK - D3 Geology / Mining (with 1- 2 years experience) - S1 (fresh graduate) in Geology/Mining.
• Knowing in open hole drilling, full coring, SPT, AMD preparation is preferred.
• Mining heavy industry experience is preferred.
• Self motivated and self starter.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Have skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement is preferred.
6. Land Compensation Section Head (Code : LandComp)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to do land compensation, to monitor and processing the land certificate as needed by the company, to Support and make sure that mine concession comply with regulation, as representing if there some case to the court.
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
• Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm).
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Law or related field from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition.
• Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks.
• Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community.
• Having Good knowledge of coal mining regulation and land compensation is preferably.
• Ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues.
7. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in handling mechanical aspect on development of coal crusher plant, barge loading conveyor, coal washing plant, etc.
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
• Be able to adapt quickly.
• Will be placed in remote area (site : Sumatera).
8. Hauling Road Maintenance (Code : HRM)
Responsibilities:
• Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required.
• Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance.
• Road cost estimation and evaluation.
Requirements:
• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction) or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction & maintenance is preferably.
• Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
• Ability to use survey equipments.
• Will be placed on site.
9. Port & Stockpile Supervisor (Code : Port)
Responsibilities:
• Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance.
• Monitoring all operation documentations.
• To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading.
• Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan Selatan.
10. Surveyor (Code : Surveyor)
Requirements:
• Male, max. 35 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Geodetic or equivalent from reputable University.
• Having minimum 3 years experience as surveyor on coal mining industry.
• Having knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Will be placed in remote area.
