The incumbent will be:
• Responsible for Resourcing Recruitment & Staffing
• Responsible for Oraganization Development
• Responsible for HR System & Tools
• Supervise processes & resources related to building security management & general services
• Maintaining building & general facilities operate in efficient level safe & environmental friendly
• To perform OpExS (Operational Excellence System within GA area
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Degree (S1) in Social Science Industrial Engineering Law, Human Resources Management
• Min. 7 years experience in the HR & General Administration
• Able to implement and having experience in HT & GA function i.e. Recruitment Organisation Development HR systems / experience in SAP-HR will be an advantage local labour law, labour management relation, handling formalities, building administration
• Has strong leadership & interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well
• Strong problems solving and creative skills
